We empower survivors of sex trafficking to build new lives through safe housing, direct services, effective healing programs, survivor advocacy, worldwide policy change, and hope.

    About Us

Breaking Free is an organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of women and girls exploited by sexual violence. We are a non-profit organization that provides direct services to victims of human trafficking/prostitution. Breaking Free also provides community education to promote the recognition of this injustice as systematic violence against women and girls and works to change attitudes that perpetuate those views. We work with diverse populations of prostituted femails and understands that exploitation deprives women and girls of their fundamental human rights to justice and the opportunity to live their lives free from violence and abuse. Breaking Free recognizes that trafficked women and girls encounter consderable barriers that impede their attempts to reach their full potential and strives to foster the self-esteem and encouragement needed to help them re-build their lives.
