    UNITE HERE Chicago Hospitality Institute (UHCHI) is a 501(c)(3) workforce development organization. UHCHI was born out of a partnership between UNITE HERE Local 1 labor union and hotels and food service employers in the Chicago area. We work with union members and non union members to upskill in culinary arts and will be providing training in all areas of the hospitality industry.
