    About Us

    Alameda Health System Foundation is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves Alameda Heath System (AHS), Alameda County's patient and family-centered safety net health care system. We help meet AHS's priority needs by raising funds and community support. AHS's network of facilities include: Alameda Hospital, Highland Hospital and Trauma Center, John George Psychiatric Hospital, Fairmont Rehabilitation Hospital, San Leandro Hospital and four outpatient community Wellness Centers.
