Portland Street Medicine

Portland Street Medicine is the only federally recognized free clinic providing street medicine in the Portland Metro area. Our vital services are provided by volunteer physicians, nurses, social workers and other health professionals. Our mission is four-fold: to care directly for individuals experiencing homelessness, to provide enrichment for health professionals by reconnecting them with empathy and service, to collaborate with a broad spectrum of partners to help people achieve sustained and integrated care, and to be a beacon of community engagement and innovation.
