Programs and services the Corporation will foster and operate will be those that can advance the living conditions of senior citizens, the family unit and its members. Said programs and services will include, but not be limited to, programs and services addressing needs in mental health, housing, transportation, nutrition, education, physical health, counseling, welfare and rehabilitation.
