    Our purpose is to represent the interests of the residents of Dale City in a manner that benefits our entire community. We are dedicated to the betterment of the community and the continuing improvement of the environment through the active participation of its citizens.

    About Us

    The Dale City Civic Association (DCCA) has an executive board consisting of five elected officers and three trustees. Additionally, we rely on council representatives to: Exchange information, address neighborhood needs and disperse information to our community. We meet every 2nd Thursday of each month (except August) at the Birchdale Recreation Center, 14730 Birchdale Ave., Dale City, VA 22193.

    Meetings begin with socializing & networking at 7:00pm-Business begins at 7:30pm with a guest speaker who will give us information on various topics of interest.
