    Horizons Children’s Centre (HCC) is a Canadian charitable project located in the rural town of Sandema, northern Ghana, West Africa. Established in 2000, HCC currently provides support for 24 boys and 17 girls.

    We empower orphans and vulnerable children through education and the development of leadership and life skills. Our mission is to help children reach their fullest academic and social potential, so that in their future, they can secure employment and contribute positively to their communities.
