Mission Statement of
The Carl Schurz Park Conservancy, New York City
The mission of the Carl Schurz Park Conservancy is to restore, renovate and beautify Carl Schurz Park, complementing the efforts of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. At the same time, and with the goal to enhance the public's enjoyment and involvement in the Park, the Association organizes volunteer programs to support its projects, and sponsors community events free and open to all.
About Us
I work with the Conservancy to stage events in the playground to enhance the neighborhoods enjoyment of the park.
