    THE MISSION of People Acting In Community Together, PACT, is to empower everyday people to create a more healthy and just society by winning extraordinary victories - not by speaking for them, but by teaching people how to speak up and take action in the public arena through community organizing. Through community organizing, people meet others who share similar values and interests. Together they identify common goals and learn skills for working with public officials to create solutions to problems that affect their families and neighborhoods. Our vision is to catalyze action to uplift the marginalized as we partner with key stakeholders to create pathways to shared prosperity and to create a society in which every person lives with dignity and respect.

    PACT is a multiracial, multifaith organization that engages people from all walks of life in a proven model of community organizing to tackle pervasive social problems. By providing underrepresented people with the essential tools and organization to impact decision-makers. PACT promotes effective democratic participation, inspiring hope, creating change, and transforming our community.

    PACT trains, enables, empowers, and catalyzes faith communities to identify, address, and solve these issues that disproportionately impact communities in need. PACT aconducts outreach through dozens of faith institutions to recruit, train, and foster leadership in community stakeholders, who in turn, participate in civic actions.
