  • About Us

CARe partners with individuals and communities to span the gap between HIV/AIDS and the hope, opportunity and choice necessary to promote the sustainability and well being of communities. Through academic research, CARe aims to publish articles that add value to the field while simultaneously using best practices to implement sustainable, community based interventions throughout South Africa. We work hard to build solutions from the ground up, engaging and training community members every step of the way to ensure that once the funding is gone the intervention remains sustainable. In recent years, our organization has expanded its scope to research and propose comprehensive solutions to issues influencing gender equality in South Africa, such as teen pregnancy and menstrual management and perceptions.
