CASOE strives to extend meaningful performing arts (theater, dance music) programming to underserved populations; those with limited access to Arts and culture, in order to inspire a robust expression of human creativity.

    CASOE PROGRAMS

    CASOE YOUTH THEATER (CYT)Performing arts division: Developing the artistic skills of young people in preparation for live stage performances and videos.

    CASOETRAININGCENTER (CTC)

    Training division: Dramatization, music, dance and choreography, video production and Computer Aided Design/3-D Animation.

    CASOE COMMUNITY INITIATIVE (CCI)

    Community services division: Empowering youth to serve their communities in order to become good citizens and future leaders
