Entrusted Legacy

Entrusted Legacy, better known as ETL, is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization, supporting the non-traditional education and development of people who work with children and youth and in other service industries. We believe that great organizations are built by great people and that a seed of greatness and unique contribution exists in each person, waiting to be unleashed. People transform through a process of metamorphosis supported by education and development.

Entrusted Legacy has the ability to connect youth workers with both state of the art training that is accessible on line and first-in-class staff developers who will work face-to-face with them. It is comprehensive and holistic training that is accessible to the masses. This training provides practical information on foundational competencies for working with youth and simultaneously builds the leadership capacity of the youth worker. This training is suitable for new or experienced youth workers as well as for young people interested in working with youth. After-school experiences high staff turnover, and as a result struggles to support staff development. Scholarships for future, new and existing staff are key to providing high quality experiences to youth which will change the odds for their success in the world. Beating the odds must be replaced by a new and brighter future for all of our youth, regardless of their circumstance at birth.

Advanced Citizenship

Entrusted Legacy’s horizon finds a critical mass of adults and youth who are transferring their experience to all those within their individual spheres of influence. This critical mass will affect both social justice and social change as they practice being productive citizens of the world.
