    About Us

    Texas Family Initiative is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) combining knowledge, experience and compassion to serve youth and families in Texas. As a provider of foster home supports and services, Texas Family Initiative is a partner to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and holds contracts with them and other agencies in Texas to provide foster care services to children. We help to train, support and build foster homes so that with our help they can provide care to children in the custody of Texas DFPS.
