    Windsor County Mentors creates and supports mentoring relationships between caring adults and youth to help them thrive.

    About Us

    For over 50 years, Windsor County Mentors has matched adult volunteers with Windsor County youth to provide guidance, friendship, and positive role models. Through both community-based and school-based programs, we empower young people to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

    Volunteer Opportunities:

    • Community-Based Mentoring: Spend two hours per week with a mentee exploring shared interests and participating in local activities.

    • School-Based Mentoring: Meet with a student one-on-one during the school day or to offer encouragement and support.

    Commitment: Minimum of one year with consistent weekly meetings.

    How to Join: Volunteers must complete an application, background check, and training session.
