Reach Out to Future Leaders' Movement

BACKGROUND Reach out to future leaders’ movement (ROFLM) was founded in January, 2010. ROFLM is a movement of enthusiastic, innovative and motivational young Christians with a vision of inventing the world’s transforming product for a better standard of living. It is an organized force to push into realization the vision of transforming the standard of living. ROFLM is made up of the family of inventors of the world’s transforming products. ROFLM was established with the sole mandate of helping to invent the world’s transforming product for a better standard of living. We believe young people are the custodians of the future and must also be involved and committed to sharpening the future. ROFLM is a platform created to strengthen young people’s participation in governance -leadership. It is a platform to enhance, empower, and encourage young people to contribute their quota to human development in a holistic way. Transformation is our choice to help realize a better standard of living. Young people being the custodians of the future have the greater responsibility of transforming the standard of living. Vision To become the inventors of the world’s transforming product, for a better standard of living. Mission statement  To design, develop and implement strategic transformational programs and policies which will thereby help to invent the world’s transforming products to promote transformational development for a better standard of living.  Building up a larger family of the inventors of the world’s transforming products in every aspect of life.  To make all future leaders designers, developers and implementers of strategic transformational programs and policies to promote transformational development in all aspect of life.  Bringing together the inventors of the world’s transforming products to enhance networking and coordination for a better standard of living.  Raising transformational future leaders in all aspect of life. Objectives • To enhance awareness on global issues that is relevant for transformational development. • To provide moral and social guidelines to the uncounselled and deprived people and make them useful for the family and the world at large. • Organizing transformational capacity building conferences to create awareness on the relevance of global transformation. • Encouraging and promoting transformational initiatives in our culture, education, governance, economics, politics, media, science and technology etc. • Advocating for a culture that encourages transformational initiatives for transformational development. • To design, develop and implement transformational programs and policies which will help the less fortunate people recover their dignity as human beings and to reintegrate them into the society in a productive way. • To advocate for a culture that sets the needs and problems confronted by future leaders as a priority. • Organizing transformational conferences on future leaders’ related issues. • Organizing transformational summits to brainstorm on global issues and how they could be solve.

Aims • Creating a world free of violence, war, social vices, crime, epidemics and everything that posse’s threat to human survival, by inculcating a transformational sense of humanity. • Ensuring that, human, scientific, technological, institutional, organizational etc. inventions pose no threat to human peaceful survival on earth. • Creating a world of transformational thinking for a better standard of living. • Preparing a strong foundation for the coming generations to continue with the world’s transformational agenda. • Focusing the mind of all humans on transformational development for a better standard of living.
