Pawtucket Central Falls Development (PCF Development) is a non-profit organization that develops and manages safe, affordable housing for rental and ownership for low to moderate income residents. PCF Development changes lives by stabilizing and revitalizing neighborhoods through four basic practices:

·        Building affordable homeownership units with our in-house construction crew

·        Teaching comprehensive homebuyer and financial fitness classes

·        Developing affordable rental housing for low income families

·        Engaging and developing relationships with the communities that we serve

Over the past 30 years, PCF Development has built more than 300 affordable rental units and constructed 75 homeownership units; forever changing neighborhoods that were once known for neglect and crime. Through our Homeownership Program, affordable housing development and community engagement, the organization is leading efforts to create neighborhood level economic opportunity to improve the quality of life for all Pawtucket and Central Falls residents.
