Mission: The Stability Network inspires and encourages people experiencing mental health challenges to thrive

We are dedicated to making positive stories about mental health more plentiful than stories of fear and negativity. We recruit individuals living and working with mental health conditions with a passion to use their experiences to bring hope to others. These individuals, called Stability Leaders, share inspiring stories of their recovery in their communities and workplaces. This changes how people with similar challenges see their own capabilities and opportunities. People who can see a path toward a better future are more likely to be open about their struggles and seek support. The conversations started by our Stability Leaders inspire more public dialogue around mental health, foster connections among people, and encourage support from colleagues, families, and friends. This builds a world where people with mental health challenges can get the help they need to thrive.
