Delaware Repeal educates the community about the problems of the death penalty system and promotes death penalty repeal in the state of Delaware. We are a coalition of diverse organizations and individuals who want to use the funds that will be saved by repealing the death penalty to provide better services for victims of crime and to reduce violence in our communities.

We aim to organize a broad cross-section of Delawareans to speak out in support of the repeal effort including:

• Family members who have lost a loved one to murder
• Individuals working in the criminal justice system
• Faith leaders
• Civic, political and community leaders
