    The Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (ATOD) Section of the American Public Health Association (APHA) brings together multi-disciplinary public health professionals committed to preventing population-level harms related to substance use. The ATOD Section works to develop, foster, and advocate for sound research, policy, and practice in the fields of ATOD epidemiology, prevention, and treatment. The Section strives to enhance communication concerning ATOD issues.
