    Towson Arts Collective (TAC) provides support for emerging visual and performing artists through its accessible location and in outdoor festivals in Baltimore County. Children and adults are given the opportunity to participate in the creative arts as they visit artists working on site, exhibitions, workshops, and performances. Artists with disabilities are featured as role models of the Baltimore County art community along side artists of all abilities.

    The Towson Arts Collective provides venues for students, artists, and the community to engage in the Arts. Exhibitions, workshops, performances, and seminars are our main activities to serve the community and artists of all kinds, including those with disabilities.
