An international organization found worldwide, the National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers [NOCIRC] educates the public, the media, lawyers, the courts, legislators, and health care professionals about the problem of and the human rights violation of infant circumcision, which, in the US, is a euphemism for the sexual mutilation of helpless, healthy boys. [NOCIRC is also a clearinghouse for information on female circumcision sexual mutilation.]
