To build a fully sustainable community project where people can share the vision of programming activities centered on the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected, abused and unwanted horses. Youth in transition, or as we prefer to call them, With-Promise youth, help with the rehabilitation. The youth and horses work in tandem with adult mentors to gain valuable life skills. Through the medium of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning, the curriculum based “Teen Outreach Program”(TOP), and developmentally youth focused sports, the sanctuary promotes the physical & psychological health, happiness, and well being of With-Promise children. We offer educational, recreational and charitable benefits to a diverse cross-section of the local community, by providing the structure, knowledge, skills and resources to help people to help them selves.
