Lucca Leadership North America

Lucca Leadership, with affiliates in five countries, enables young people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of their communities, nations and ultimately humanity itself. We do this by running transformational leadership programs. Lucca Leadership is run by young people, for young people. We are not affiliated with any particular religious or political ideology.

Lucca Leadership North America develops and runs leadership develop programs for young people. Our programs range from one-day seminars to week-long residential programs. All our programs are both experiential and reflective, meaning they are fun and active, while also providing an intense learning experience. Our programs are global and include participants aged 16-30 from all countries, races, religions and backgrounds.
