    Turning Point is a private non profit organization nationally recognized for  providing emergency, support and prevention education for domestic and sexual violence since 1980. Services consist of an emergency shelter, 24 hour crisis/help line individual and group counseling, advocacy, a Personal Protection Order Assistance Program, a Forensic Nurse Examiners Program for victims of sexual assault, and a Prevention Education Program.
