RED TENT GLOBAL

Red Tent Global began as Red Tent Los Angeles in 2016 inspired by the book, The Red Tent, and the Red Tent Movement . We’ve offered monthly gatherings around themes of sisterhood, embodiment, sexuality, empowerment, moon cycles, earth awareness, and rites of passage. We were on the front cover of Times Weekend in the LA TIMES on May 5, 2019. Our curriculum has continued to grow to offer First Moon, Pregnancy, and Menopause Rites of Passage with attention to women's education, health, and sexual well being. We became a 501(c)3 on June 9, 2022. During the pandemic we pivoted to on online gatherings, and planted the seed for Red Tent Global. Our goal is to launch on March 8, 2024, on International Woman's Day.
