UT/Community Capacity Builders

The UT/Community AmeriCorps VISTA Capacity Buiders Program is seeking to identify candidates to serve a year term as an AmeriCorps VISTA member. The chosen candidates will receive valuable experience working in the nonprofit field as well as benefits and a living stipend. AmeriCorps provides selected individuals the opportunity to participate in nationally-sanctioned projects through in-direct service opportunities. Additionally, the participant will receive supplemental training from the UT Capacity Buiders program. The AmeriCorps VISTA member will be given the opportunity to serve their community through capacity-building, resource development, volunteer management, building local partnerships, fundraising, and working with low-income families.
