    Autism Communities was founded with the goal of providing adults with autism a home of their own, in a vibrant community setting. Our mission is to facilitate housing settings that foster an independent, safe, and inclusive living environment for adults with autism. Our social and educational program, Club AC, provides additional connections and resources to the local Long Island community.

    About Us

    Autism Communities model works with developers to obtain affordable non-certified housing for young adults with autism. Housing candidates go through an interview process to assess their ability to live independently and provides liaison services once a candidate is placed in obtained housing.

    It is the organizations goal that each resident can enjoy a fulfilling, healthy lifestyle in a safe environment while having access to social, recreational and educational opportunities.
