    The Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA) is a national, HUD approved non-profit that provides housing counseling and community reinvestment programs serving low and moderate income people.

    Since 1986, AHCOA has counseled over 338,000 households, helped over 100,000 families qualify for a mortgage, and assisted over 65,000 homeowners who were at risk of foreclosure. AHCOA has created over 15.5 billion in community reinvestment loans
