    To mobilize the public to help raise funds to establish an education scholarship fund for refugee children in San Diego county.

    About Us

    Dokua Smith Foundation was founded on behalf of a mother who believed in education as a tool to lift the person from mental poverty. She believed that if one is mentally poor, one will be poor physically and economically. Our aim is to recognize that the refugee children in San Diego county and elsewhere deserve concrete support through assurance of funds for education. San Diego county does not wish for these children who are here to stay to classified as mentally poor.
