Our Mission Is To Make A Difference! By reaching throughout our communities and finding those in need. By being that selective Organization that provides a safe haven to those in search of direction. By providing guidance, support and mentorship to young teens who have taken the uncertain pathway, in making that life changing decision to venture into parenthood. "From Me To You" is here to support and empower teen moms to embrace ownership of their choices. To actively care for, encourage, and build a strong relationship within their new family unit. To effectively communicate through knowledge, wisdom, understanding and love, all while striving for, and achieving parenting skills and self sufficiency. "From Me To You" is a Community Outreach Not-For-Profit Organization dedicated to advancing the lives of those less fortunate to have for-gained the understanding of parenthood and all that it entails.
