    About Us

    Eastern Harmony Mental Health is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of Asian Americans in the Inland Empire. We understand the unique cultural and societal challenges faced by our community: research consistently shows that Asian Americans are among the least likely to seek help for mental health issues. Various studies highlight several barriers that contribute to this trend, including cultural stigma, lack of awareness, and structural obstacles.

    We accomplish our mission through different channels including:
