Founded in 1956, Forest Park was designed as a master-planned community, growing quickly into a thriving city. Incorporated as a village in 1961 and officially becoming a city in 1968, we have always been guided by a vision of smart development and strong community ties.

Nestled within 3,800 acres, Forest Park seamlessly blends residential neighborhoods with commercial hubs while preserving the surrounding greenbelt, ensuring a balance between urban convenience and natural beauty.

Today, we are proud to be the second-largest city in Hamilton County, home to approximately 20,100 residents across 8,000 households. Conveniently located just 14 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, we’re within easy reach of Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Lexington - making Forest Park a prime location for both families and businesses.

• Forest Park features about 5,500 single-family homes, most tucked away on quiet streets and peaceful cul-de-sacs.
