    The Collaborative for Children and Families (CCF) is a New York State not-for-profit corporation established in 2014. CCF includes 33 member agencies that serve children and families throughout the five boroughs of New York City, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk Counties (see attached membership list). CCF offers comprehensive services to children and families in a more coordinated manner than could be achieved individually, and it seeks partnerships with other components of the health and human services systems to integrate care.
