Missouri Empowerment Project

Our mission is to champion the growth and advancement of individuals, children, and families. Through specialized treatment, unwavering assistance, and a range of supportive services, we are committed to fostering positive change and empowering each individual to make meaningful, informed choices. By creating a nurturing environment, we aim to cultivate a future where every person can thrive, unlocking their potential for a brighter and more promising tomorrow.

Missouri Empowerment Project (MEP), formally known as CPR of the Ozarks, was founded in 2019 by two foster care case managers who saw the struggles of underserved families in rural communities. Since that time, MEP has grown to serve all counties of southwest Missouri by providing services to empower families to be successful through education, treatment, and compassion with the goal of safe and stable homes for the children involved.

As we continue to grow we are looking to expand our programs to serve more families and in more communities of Missouri.
