    In 1927, the association’s founders fought an unfair taxation on sporting goods in the state of South Carolina. Since then, the National Sporting Goods Association has supported its members’ efforts to grow the business and advocates on their behalf.

    NSGA members are innovative and prosperous sporting goods retailers, team dealers, wholesalers, manufacturers, sales agents and industry associates.

    NSGA works on behalf of members through advocacy, research, education, networking, community development, business resources and more.
