  • About Us

Founded in 1978, SOLC was created to ensure the natural wealth of the wild and working lands of the Rogue River region endures forever. Governed by an engaged Board of Directors comprised of 12 community members, SOLC’s staff of eight oversee 64 conserved properties and two fee-owned properties comprising a total of 10,400 protected acres. SOLC recently developed a three-year strategic plan, expanded staff capacity, and successfully funded a $3.5 million capital campaign. SOLC is an accredited land trust.
