To enhance the qualify of life for the citizens of Georgia by improving health outcomes through health education, health advocacy and health program delivery.

We are a newly formed community heath based nonprofit organization located in Covington, GA. Our goal is to educate the public about chronic diseases with cognitive decline, and child and maternal health. We also plan to collaboratively discuss prevention strategies and design programs to address each areas and explore ways in which the citizens of Georgia can live longer healthier and productive lives.
