Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest & Folk Festival

Agoura Hills, CA | www.topangabanjofiddle.org/

About Us

Southern California's favorite bluegrass, old-time and folk music festival, now in its 57th year, is attended by thousands every year. The festival, which takes place at Paramount Ranch celebrates a pastoral way of life as well as folk music and musicians - but it's far from a nostalgia-fest. The area's preeminent folk and bluegrass bands and jammers gather at this event, performing on stages, porches, under oak trees, and anywhere else they find the space to entertain crowds of ALL ages. Some great bands are scheduled for the Main Stage this year.

An army of volunteers is required to run the Topanga Banjo•Fiddle Contest; as many as 70 are still needed for this year. Volunteers, who are admitted FREE OF CHARGE, are needed for registration, stage set ups and tear downs, ticket selling and ticket taking, CD Sales and even calligraphy!  And much more.
