About Us
National Affordable Housing Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to the creation and preservation of quality affordable housing throughout the Unites States for elderly persons, families, persons with disabilities, and all others in need.
NAHT is committed to increasing the supply of affordable housing through financing construction of new apartments and through the acquisition and preservation of existing affordable housing. NAHT fulfills its affordable housing mission by serving as a financial intermediary and consultant for our Member organizations and providing a broad range of pre-development, development, financial structuring, asset management and syndication services to each of our Members.
