  • About Us

Stetson School is a 111-bed long-term residential treatment facility for male sexually reactive children and juvenile sexual offenders, aged 9-21, located in Barre, Massachusetts. Stetson provides extensive and intensive evaluation and treatment, with a staff of 18 clinicians, including an art therapist, Assistant Clinical Director, and Clinical Director, as well as eight case managers who work closely with the clinical staff. Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy, based on forensic evaluations of risk for sexual re-offending. Our essential treatment model involves both a cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approach, with a clear focus on the capacity for and development of attachment and social connectedness in our students.
