Planned Parenthood of Chester County (PPCC) believes in the fundamental right of each individual to manage his or her fertility. Based on this belief and reflecting the diverse communities within which they operate, PPCC 1.) provides comprehensive reproductive and complementary healthcare services which preserve and protect the essential privacy and rights of each individual 2.) advocates public policies which guarantee these rights and ensure access to such services, and 3.) provides educational programs which enhance the understanding of individual and societal implications of human sexuality.
