    The Philadelphia Teaching Fellows is a unique initiative of the School District of Philadelphia to recruit, select and train outstanding midcareer professionals and recent college graduates to become teachers in the schools in our community that need them the most. Fellows will teach while attending classes to earn their teaching certification.
