    We are a non-profit organization dedicated to the purpose of rescuing and retraining unwanted or abandoned horses, while providing underserved and underpriviledged children with a chance to work with horses.

    About Us

    The non-profit, ALOF, was founded in 2016. We currently have 16 horses. The owner, Lotte Swauger, has been riding since she was a little girl. Born and raised in Denmark, she came to America and started a riding school where she realized there was a need for a safe place for horses, and that there were a number of children who wanted to ride but simply didn't have the financial means to do so. So was born ALOF!
