    Toronto's go-to resource for all things veg. Our mission is to inspire people to choose a healthier, greener, more compassionate diet through plant-based eating.

    About Us

    We host North America's largest Vegetarian Food Festival and distribute a vegetarian directory of veg-friendly restaurants and more throughout the city. We have a drop-in resource centre and library, more than a dozen social groups that get together for potlucks and other outings, and we have a free online vegetarian starter program, the Veggie Challenge at www.veggiechallenge.com.
