Partnership for Stronger Communities

Partnership for Stronger Communities (PFSC) is a rebranding and rebooting of the Bristol Crisis Center. This nonprofit recently has come through the turnaround stage of the nonprofit life cycle. It is in need of an executive director who is dynamic, comfortable shaking hands and making friends, and comfortable in a “flatter” organization, in which the ED plays a facilitator role with program managers.

Mission Statement: Strengthening communities through partnerships that build resilience and equity 

Vision Statement: Partners for Stronger Communities (PFSC) partners with communities and organizations to provide the support, tools, and community education necessary to build equity and support thriving communities. 

In the past and currently PFSC has served individuals in crisis. It is expanding to build partnerships and services across Southwest Virginia and NE Tennessee to address systemic and community crises.
