  • Mission

The mission of United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Eastern Connecticut is to advance the independence and full citizenship of people with disabilities.

    About Us

United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Eastern Connecticut is a non-profit agency founded in 1947 in New London by a group of parents who recognized the lack of services for children with disabilities. Over the years, UCP has expanded to provide services to people with all disabilities from infancy through adulthood. UCP currently offers two day programs, in-home supports, a residential program to help clients live independently, and outreach services through the Disability Support Program for Under-Served Families.
