    The mission of CWJC of Abilene is to equip women with life skills, job training, and spiritual mentoring, empowering them to achieve self-sufficiency and personal growth. Through a supportive, Christ-centered environment, women are able to overcome obstacles, regain confidence, and discover their God-given potential.

    • Job Skills Training: Participants learn essential skills such as resume building, interview techniques, computer literacy, and workplace etiquette.

    • Life Skills Development: Classes focus on areas like budgeting, time management, goal-setting, and conflict resolution, helping women navigate everyday challenges.

    • Spiritual Growth: CWJC incorporates faith-based mentoring, Bible study, and spiritual encouragement into their programs to help women grow in their relationship with God and find hope through faith.
