    Welcome to Cats By The Tracks Animal Rescue! We save cats and kittens from local shelters, and from the public. We are 100% Foster based, meaning all of our animals are in homes, and never kept in cages. We try and Rescue as many cats and kittens as we can.

    About Us

    Our rescue was founded about three years ago. We just got approved as a 501(c)3 organization in August! We rescue animals from shelters in Fresno and people who can no longer keep there pets. We need volunteers!
