About Us

The Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) is a national organization for the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Leadership of the Association comes from all areas of the country, representing all areas of the legal community of the Federal Circuit, and in collaboration with other international, national, regional, and local bar organizations sharing similar goals. The Association gives voice to the common interests among the different groups coming befor the Federal Circuit, offering a forum for common concerns and dialogue between bar and court, government counsel and private practitioner, litigator, corporate counsel, and others. Among the dialogues now on-going at Association sponsored international, national, regional, and local programs are ones addressing innovation and its contribution to societies and litigation practice efficiencies.

In addition, the Association has an active public service profile, with pro bono (general, military, and government personnel), law clinic, and law student scholarship portfolios. Finally, the Association seeks to strengthen and serve the Circuit community through a broad spectrum of Association Committees.
