    CCM is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the prevention of homelessness. We are able to assist men and women by providing a comprehensive array of support and discovery of appropriate services in order to stabilize needs, secure income, enroll in social services and obtain permanent housing. It is critical for individuals to utilize these strategic support-networks that will help them address the complex personal challenges they face daily.
